I just wanted to share a very useful source for persons with Depression, Major Depressive Disorder, Bipolar DIsorder. The Depression and Bipolar Alliance has a section for tracking your symptoms, medications, health info, and its all confidential of course. You enter your compliance with your treatment plan each day, and you can print off a copy to take with you to the doctors!!!!! Uber cool.

They also have a support group online specific to these disorders once a week.

I just thought I would share, entering your moods/compliance each day is a good way to keep on track.enlightened

Taking the time to track your moods and the things you are doing for treatment helps, and keeps it foremost in your mind.
