I hate myself, i have no friends, i barely speak to my family, i have no girlfriend and never will and i suffer from social anxiety.. oh and i have a shitty job you know it all comes together i guess.. i feel so alone all i really want is someone that thinks about me in the morning or just a text/phone call every now and then but it never happens.. i just need one girl that will understand me and help me be a better person but i guess a psychotherapist will do the job lol.. at some point ill just end it. I dont know when, i dont know where, but i know how and its sad.

I think i just need help or to talk or i dont know tips anyone?

@BURNLEGEND

I'm sure you are really hurting. I'm feeling the same emotions and thought pattern. I have no advice. But I completely understand wanting check ins or even just knowing that I was heard.

So I wanted to take a minute and let you know you were heard, at least by me.

Hope you can stay away from your ending. 💚

@BURNLEGEND

im in my thirties and Im exactly the same. I lost my mother as a child to cancer and she was the only who who truly loved me. I dont have no friends or family and my job is an unhappy one made by the management team even after telling them how their hostilities are making me feel. I have only ever had failed relationships and I too am looking to end it, I have tried before and failed so I want to get it right this time

@BURNLEGEND You must stay strong and try to really do things that make your anxiety better . I find exercise and being around people relaxing ( I dont suffer from social anxiety but general anxiety and fear of abandonment which makes relationships hard) so I try to really appreciate the relationships you have like if you have some contact with family and maybe some work colleagues? To be loved you must first feel love yourself. I know the most common thought process is to think well if someone loves me that will make me feel so much better! And it initially does. But the risk is you may end up with a person that sees the anxiety in you and low self esteem and they will take advantage and you will end up more unhappy than you initially were (been there myself ) I would recommend cbt it really helped my self esteem. I still suffer from some anxiety but Im not suffocated by it. Im sure you will find your soulmate. Bottom line is most people that suffer with any anxiety actually come across as unapproachable, totally unintentionally, which in turn makes them feel like people are rejecting them constantly so worsens the anxiety... also been there myself. Have you tried online dating if a relay is what you really want ? You can make sure who you speak to is compatible and get to know them before any face to face contact
