I'm so tired
I've always struggled with depression, been in therapy since I was 3 off and on (22 years worth), and put on anti-depressants and anti-anxiety meds last year. At first, it was amazing. I finally knew what it felt like to not be running on 20% all the time.
I read something that said if you were depressed to change your life. So, I moved in with my best friend, brought my cat, got a good job, by all means, I should be doing great. But I'm not.
I'm so tired. Even the moments of life that I enjoy aren't really feeling worth it. If one bad thing happens, I feel like my entire day has crumbled. I think about dying all the time. About how much easier that would be. About how much I wouldn't have to deal with.
when I was younger, I never understood why people said suicide was selfish. But I get t now. So many people love me. So so many. And knowing that they'd have to explain to each other that I'm not around anymore would destroy them, so that's why I'm still alive. But it's killing me. I'm so tired.
@Bubbles5550 Hey I am so sorry that you are going through a lot, my condition is just like yours, may be more. Everyday, it is becoming worse and worse, I really can not take it anymore. I feel so unwanted, and ignored by people even if they do really wanna talk to me. I am suffering from serious low self confidence. I don't know what will happen to me or what should I do to fix this problem. I just wish i could start living like a normal person.
