Is anonymous help available anywhere?
Why does it seem like getting help anonymously is impossible? Everywhere I go requires all my personal information to get help. It's like they don't want me to reach out. This insistance for my personal information is PREVENTING me from getting help.

I can't even talk about it on here. I just get blocked and directed toward crisis lines. It's like 7cups would rather I just do it.

In some countries there are ways you can get help anonymously without being directed to a crisis line, but I don't know what country you are in. Maybe if you search the Internet you can find a way to get the kind of help you need.
