Journaling for Mental Health
Anyone have suggestions on how to start? Links and things are encouraged :)
@Mellietronx
Hey there, Millie! :) I'm big on Journaling, and so this month, I had begun weekly journal topics in the ED-sub community, they are all linked in this thread, it's just 3 for now, but it's a good place to start, you can always replace "Eating disorders" with other mental health issues from the threads I've written up --> Here
Here are some other links to help you get started, some have journal prompts to help you begin.

Hi mellie!! I personally journal, but for monitoring sleep and mood fluctuations. I set alarms for certain times throughout the day and make consistent recordings at those times every day- it has really helped me take a clearer look at my overall mental health. Wishing you luck!
