Laying it all out

Since I was young I always felt that I was different. Or weird. Or maybe both. I felt that I had different thoughts to everybody else. I think the first time that might have hinted at me having depression was when I was 16 and my first boyfriend broke up with me and I proceeded to hurt friends, drink too much and act recklessly. When I was 19 and started college I decided I hated my course and wanted to drop out. I drank so I would black out. I eventually dropped out of college. During Christmas 2015 age 23, I felt the worst id ever felt in my life. I felt abandoned and betrayed by a boy I had fallen in love with. My college results were poor. Sleeping became impossible and my diet was appalling. I eventually went to a councillor January passed and it was the biggest turn around in my life. I'm worried at the moment that I may be experiencing a relapse but I'm determined to be in control of it this time.
