My depression comes in waves
Sometimes I'll be fine, the next minute I'll get these thoughts that make me sad, sometimes it gets in the way of my work or just having fun. Over the past year I've lost my home, my game systems, my car, my sister(she's not talking to me). I feel this void in me. I'm 34, I'm a virgin still, I wanted it to be with someone I cared about. I've tried to get things back, but I just feel empty, like there's something wrong with me. Sometimes I think it's too late for me. I keep losing the things I love. My sister who's 20 left my life 2 months ago and it's crushing me because I looked for her for 15 years, finally got her in my life only to lose her again. I'm trying to fix my credit and get my own place but I'm trying to help my mom too. I'm around some people but I feel alone or the ones closest are gone. Sorry to vent but I have to.
never apologize for venting. I relate to the waves of sadness but not with the same reasoning.
nothing is wrong with you. everything happens for a reason. you just have to find and surround your self with the right people. push through, change will come.
I want to be around the right people. I just miss my sister, it wasn't suppose to be like this. I think this hurts the most. I remember coming into her life and she wrote me "hey big brother where have you been all my life? I love you" , but with the way she's acting I wonder if she ever did. I don't know I'm confused and hurt over this
I understand this. I'll always be standing in an ocean of sadness. Sometimes it's up to my ankles. Other times it's over my head.
