My depression is getting worse

I have had depression for like, 2-3 years. It was because someone in school bullied me and because of my abusive mom. To this day, it didn't get better, but worse. What's more is I also suffer from anxiety, maladaptive daydreaming disorder and some symptoms of BPD and STPD. Although now I can have medication, I went to a therapist and my mom's not that abusive anymore, I don't know...I still feel really bad about myself and my life. I'm feeling hopeless and I feel as if things won't work out well. I am scared of my future, too.

I feel so empty and just..tired. I want to lie on my bed and cry all day. I don't seem to have the energy to do anything. i also have extreme mood swings. I just want to die and end this all. I am tired of everything.

Don't fret. Talking about it out loud is therapy itself. Letting it out is sharing some of your negative energy and hopefully there good people there to turn it into positive energy. Not everybody is immune to depression. And we all have different coping mechanisms. But one thing to try and learn is to come out of your hole before you fall too deep in. Then it is harder to find yourself and others find you.
