My dreams and hopes are all ruined
Like u see I'm a muslim and like I wear a hijjab(the things that the muslim girls use to cover their hair) anyways like my mom is so fricking picky about my clothes she wants me to wear sweaters and shirts up to my knees because she thinks Im showing off my ass and thighs but Im really skinny and I barely have an ass and Im not attractive among guys they think Im ugly probably. and like I wanted to be a stylist since I was small but uk they judge u by ur style and etc.. and like I could have really good style but my mom wont let me buy like normal shirts and sweaters and its kind of embarrasing to wear such long clothes that are like so big for school and like she says oh because in our religion it says so like no wheres the proof and I dont wear clothes that show ur stomach or I dont even wear shorts or croptops and she thinks Im showing off everythng and she probably wont even let me be a stylist and I really want to be one like I try so hard for everyone like my family,friends etc.. but I really want to do soemthing for myslef to be happy and like I went through so much and my parents dont even understand my feelings and they keep comparing me to my friends because they all got 95 averages and I got 86 because I had a hard time with my class and teachers.Like I try so hard for everyone but like I just want to do something for myslef so I can be happy because deep inside Im really depressed and lonely.

It sounds like you are very frustrated with your mom right now. Doing what you want to do can be very difficult without support from your family. However, it also sounds like you are still young, which is a great thing. When living with your family, it's possible that they can pressure you to take on their values and beliefs, even if it's not what we truly feel inside. However, as you grow older and become more independent, it gets easier to make your own choices and follow your own path.
It sounds like you know exactly what you want to do in life, which is really amazing! When I was your age I couldn't even figure out what I wanted to eat for breakfast, let alone what I want to do when I get older :)
Now, if you know what you want to do, all that's left is to figure out how to get there. This isn't always an easy thing to do and may sometimes feel like there's really nothing that can be done. But I hope you can avoid and/or overcome feelings of hopelessness like that, and focus on positive changes that only you can bring into your life!

I am sorry to hear you are having such a rough time with your mother over differences such as what is right for you to wear. Colourful brought up a wonderful thought, and I think it is usually true, as you get older you will become more independent. It sounds like time might be the only thing for you to be able to get what you are asking for right now. I know it can be hard especially when it comes from family members you love. Hi, im really sorry to hear you feel that way. My mother was similar and still is so i can relate to this. All I can say is, as you grow up, she'll become more lenient because it gets to a point where you start saying NO. Then your mother will need to compromise with you. It will be okay, just hold on tight. Grades aren't everything of course so don't worry.
