I'm on (edited for medication name by BurningEmber) for about 2 years for Depression and GAD (General Anxiety Disorder). My therapist did humor tests along the way and the result was normal about a year a go. It got to level 4 severe depression.

The depression is no longer here (or so I think, or at least not near as it was before) and anxiety symptoms are under control.

The main problem is I'm very sleepy now. To be 100% I need to sleep over 12 hours a day (8 hours at night and a nap for 4 hours). Of course I don't get to do it everyday, so I'm always tired except on weekends.

My doctor said it's probably not the (edited for medication name), it's probably low Vitamind D, so I started taking it about 4 weeks a go. It sure helped me a little, I can do chores around the house again, but I still feel like a slacker sometimes and it is still difficult to get up in the morning and I don't feel great about working or cleaning the house. Could it be depression sinking in again?

@KayVanin

Hey sorry to hear that you are struggling right now! I have edited your thread to remove the medication name, you should still be able to get support here. For specific medication questions, your doctor is the best bet!

@KayVanin Hey! Thanks for reaching out! I'm glad the vitamin D helped you a little bit. I'm not sure what could be causing the fatigue. I think it's a good idea to inform your doctor that you tried what they had suggested but you're still not feeling okay. They will have better knowledge and will be able to determine the right course of action for you. However, if at any time during this process please feel free to reach out to a listener for support. Thank you again for sharing and I hope you feel better soon.

Thanks for editing my post, @BurningEmber. I didn't know it was forbidden.

And @blueocean45, you are both right. I guess I need to get a new appointment with my doctor and see what's up. Vitamind D is being great, really. Maybe I have to get some months to get it going 100% perfect, I don't know.
