One thing I feel sad about right now is....
The fact that even when I have realised it a countless times that Preparation for the exams should be started earlier, I put it off to the last days.
And the fact that this very exam that I am going to take today is going to be a mediocre exam yet again.
I wish I worked hard before, did not think about my crush, was a good student, and a person who enjoys life rather than just seeing every day passing by.
I feel like no one loves me.
I lost my cat. I know it's a small thing but now I don't really have anyone to talk to.
My marriage is rocky and its tough to mend it. I am sad that we got here and am anxiously hoping for things to start feeling better and more stable. Marriage Counseling is iffy so far.
That I let myself gain so much weight because of binge eating. That I didn

You are amazing and can do whatever you set your mind to.
@csteger thank you

Now I feel very good :)
The fact that nobody cares enough to stay with me when I have problems. Of course I'm always there for anyone, but when I expect them to be there for me, I'm always severely disappointed and I usually have to fight against my depression and anxiety and suicidal thoughts alone. Like righ now.

I can relate to what youre saying. Im extremely sensitive, introverted, and self conscious. I have to remind myself that everyone is different. Every person is an individual. I dont have to fit into this template of what society may think I should be. Yea, sometimes I make mistakes but the wonderful thing about being alive is that I have the opportunity to try again! Another thing, hold on to your faith in God no matter what people say. My faith is the only reason Im still here. I hope things get better for you!
Im back into my depression. I was so happy for about a month and I thought I was finally over it. It hit me yesterday like a hurricane. It seemed like someone just flipped a switch and Im back to my old ways.
@tinigirl04
Well, when I feel depressed, it seems as if depression has just clung to me and under its strange-hold I feel there is no way out and the people around they seem so indifferent to it.
But what I have observed is that there is almost always some trigger to it. Watch out if there's any for you too.
There are certainly some exceptions to it too, like some days I just start feeling a big void in my heart, loneliness and sadness that cover me wholly.
Most of the days I am stuck with life, not studying well enough, not cheering up, remaining in regretful phase and seeing myself as someone worthless.
But my depression stems from being an irresponsible idiot (usually).
May be you could come up with a thing that is the sole reason for your depression?
If you do, then start journaling. Mention the problem but focus on the possible solutions from the perspective of a third person.
@tinigirl04
I am not saying that I have ever succeeded in becoming free from it nor does it seem to go. But I know if I just become a little more responsible and improve my whole self then things would become pretty good and cheerful.
I hope you think along these lines and help yourself from getting out from it.
How my religious views and lifestyle has changed and I cannot afford to be open about it and last night, a person didn't have any place to sleep and I let him sleep in my room and now he wanna check in to my room as my roommate and he is ultra religious and I don't know how to say no, I've actually told him yes, I am tired up of pretending already, my room was only place where I was myself and now I am being robbed of that too
Tuesday I ended up telling off a toxic "friend." I've been bottling everything because if I ever mention that she's hurt me it turns into "Yeah, well my feelings are hurt too. This only hurts them more." She's been very emotionally abusive and manipulative. Her "blunt" and "brutally honest" attitude was neither of those things- just mean. She's called my anxiety and depression stupid and throws fits when I don't cater to her every need... She's put herself over my well being so much it's caused arguments with my husband when I've tried defending her.
I guess having attachment issues doesn't help. I only had two real life friends instead of online ones... one is an addict and won't see reason and the other is this toxic one. Now they're both gone.... Sorry for this being long.
@BeeGee98I totally understand what you're going through. I don't have many friends, so when I make friends I trust them. Trust them enough to tell my new secret. Most of my friends were supportive except this recently made new friend (classmate). I guess you can call her toxic. She has a blunt personality. She will give you the harsh reality, but then apologize for it. Its kinda mean sometimes. I gave her another chance, but she was downright rude and mean when I told her my secret. She was like "why are you depressed", stop putting up your excuses, please define depression, I know you have your emotional problems, but I'm trying to help you, but she didn't help. She doesn't know what its like, she won't understand the feeling of not being able to do anything, even if you needed to do something, the strength of not being able to overcome it. In the end, I try to communicate back with my blunt personality, but she ends up getting defensive. I was upset when I heard that, at the same time I know she was upset also about something else, but it was no way to bring it out on me. She's an ignorant person and your "toxic" friend is too. I also decided to take a step back in our new relationship because I knew she wasn't worth it.
I'm sorry if it was a little long of a rant. If you ever need someone to talk to, feel free to message me.
