One thing I feel sad about right now is....
I used to be on good terms with my mom, we used to be there for each other, spending quality time, you could even say we were best friends. But recently it has changed. We hardly communicate now. Of course that would make my feel sad!
I'm feeling sad about my sleeping schedule. I've been staying up so late (3-4am) and sleeping in until noon or later that I keep missing my entire day. It doesn't make me feel good physically and I feel a bit stuck in a rut.
@will0thewisp I can completely relate and understand, I am going through the exact situation right now.
Not knowing.
Not knowing about anything.
I am feeling sad about the death of my step brother.
I'm not ever going to heal nor be loved.
How my mom dismisses my depression and says that I'm basically making it up. She says I have no reason to be depressed. She says that people who deal with depression have the power to fix themselves and stop being depressed. She studied four years of psychology so "she knows what she's talking about". She's one of those people. Whenever I try to talk to her about my depression or my anxiety, she never wants to listen. Or she takes what I'm saying and completely twists it. She also can't accept she's a main reason I am the way I am.
I'm so tired of being abandoned and misunderstood by listeners. I just want to cry.
One thing I'm really extremely sad about right now is that I'm alone, always been alone and will always and forever be, alone.
...Pushing my family away. I hurt them so much with my depression that it hurts me physically to see them like that. Its like a never-ending cycle..
