One thing I feel sad about right now is....
i had a horrible incident at work and a patient got really hurt. i feel responsible. and as a caretaker, i don't know how to get over it
I had a bit of a breakdown yesterday and my 7 year old took care of me. I'm proud of her but she shouldn't have to worry about taking care of her parent during depressive episodes.
When I help everyone out and it always hurts me in the end. I feel like I'm being used as a crutch. No one helps me or looks out for me or even stops to ask if I'm even OK.
I left my parent's house and I miss being there with my family. I just woke up feeling terribly sad and wanting to be there with them.
My boyfriend and I got in a car accident 2 weeks ago, and I feel responsible because I asked him to take me to the Social Security office. It was raining and he slammed on his breaks. We lost our car because it was totalled. I feel like of we hadn't gone, we'd still have his car. :(
The fact that my country (UK) along with USA and France have decided to start airstrikes in Syria #notinmyname
i feel like i've lost a lot of friends in my life
Nothing I do is ever good enough. Someone could ask me for $100 and Ill give them $200 saying just in case and theyll complain that they wanted it in all twenties or something like that. I feel like Im always being taken advantage of and no one even stops to ask if I need anything.
My girlfriend got very drunk last night. Her PTSD flared up and she almost took her life. I ran to the kitchen when I heard the knife come out. I almost killed myself trying to get it out of her hand. She would be dead right now
