The Depression will never end, isn't it so?

I don't think there's any point in me being here or seeking help somewhere else. As if one day I simply wake up thinking "wow, everything I realized is forgotten, time to enjoy life." There is no turning back for me. I don't want to lie to myself into ignoring this feelings. How can anyone get out of this?

Reaching out to others can help me feel better.

*It ends. It also comes back, the rat bastard. Amassing a variety of weird coping skills had helped me. It can really be anything innocuous, harmless, typically enjoyable and it keeps a person busy if not distracted. *Finding a good talk therapist can be a challenge, but it's worth everything once you find someone good. It helps take the thoughts running circles around the mind and provide context. *One of the things that helps me most is to journal. Not anything heart felt, usually. Just like "2-21-21 got a headache" will do. Sometimes one needs a rant. *Just be a good friend to yourself. What you're going through is a lot and you've gotta have your back. Hang in there. We're rooting for you.
