The Proverbial Lift

Hello Members and Listeners,

Thank you for being the voice of 7 Cups.

As a Listener, I take great stride in my leadership here. However, I do not deny the struggle we all share and often relay this information onto relevant Member discussions, if only they will not feel alone.

This past week has been so incredibly difficult for me. My body felt pegged to the floor and covered and molasses. I was reduced to tears easily and without rational understanding. I was utterly exhausted. My heart ached. My body screamed.

Typically, my experience involves rapid cycling. The beauty of which is it means I do not stay in one place for long. However, this lift could not come soon enough-- and I am praising all that is in the sky for a breath of air. I am still blue, though no longer black, and hope the weight will continue to shift.

When depression lifts,do you ever find yourself feeling cautious or wary?

I do.

@Cadence

Thank you so much for returning me to a thread I haven't read in such a very long time. Sometimes these messages to ourselves are most important of all. <3
