I used to get therapy (counselling) then turned 18 and no longer was able to see the same councillor. Since then i’ve looked at a few places but they are all over the map with prices and some I was unclear about. Does anyone have some good suggestions for cheap to no cost to get counselling or something similar so i can talk to someone about everything going on and hopefully gain coping skills?

From what you mentioned, I learn that you used to get counselling as a teen but when you turned 18 you could no longer see the same therapist. You tried to find a new counsellor but it was either too costly or confusing to you. All that might have made you feel really hopeless and I can understand why. ): *hugs if okay*

Another source for online therapy is -better help - it's also a low cost system (i don't know about their packages, I'm sorry.) Also, financial aid is available in there.
