What now?

When you see yourself with zero friends. Literally no one contacts or remember you anymore.

Never leaving the house for 13 years.

Rusted social skills.

Never got a single relationship in life. A.k.a, never even started a real life.

No will to go anywhere alone.

No job. No qualification cause avoided going to college due past bullying trauma.

Going through many therapists that never really offer an helpful advice and waste both your scarce time and money.

With 29 years old already.

What is next? I really reached a dead end here.

Thank you for any caring people who supports.

It appears that you are very despondent over your situation right now. I'm sorry that you are feeling like you have nowhere else to go and it also seems that you may be feeling a bit lost. Life can always get overwhelming - no matter what age we are at. Life didn't come with an instruction manual and there are no rules about where you are supposed to be at what age. I understand how it can be hard not to lose hope when everything is falling apart, but it is important to understand that things will only turn around if you hang in there.

If you need someone to talk to, you can always talk to any of the listeners on this site. You could also directly message me. I hope things turn around soon.

I have nothing helpful to offer but I can completely relate to everything that you said... Of course my situation will be different but, I'm agoraphobic, don't go anywhere alone, feel sad about being single, I've never worked, I never went to college or even fibished high school due to bullying, and I'm about to turn 28. I understand how hopeless you must be feeling, I feel so alone and so trapped every single day. I don't see a path for me, either, no way forward.

I'm sorry I'm not able to offer any advice on what next, as I'm looking too... But I wanted to say that there are others like you, we're all in this together. I agree with the advice of trying a listener. Talking helps, even online.
