What was really the most hard thing that happened to you?

Well just to be honest nothing really happened to me just chained small series of problems that give this feeling of sadness...

I read somewhere in here that listening to others is helpful for both sides, so why don't we try this out...shall we?

A very ugly and painful break up with a guy I thought the world revolved around. I was not the same for a long time and it really harmed my mental health but I am out the other end, a much stronger and wiser person.

@SilentSerenityy Yeah definitely right choice of yours. When you see that you are not yourself with someone else or that your relationship is toxic, quitting is the best option.

@SilentSerenityy

I had the same experience as well and since mine was current I am still going through the "relapses", although I still dont feel strong at all, but the loneliness and my maturity has shed a lot of light on who I am myself.

Being abused years ago...not the abuse so much but the person I thought was my BFF told my group of friends that I deserved what I got ...my friends confronted her on it with me present and she couldnt even muster an apology , she just sat there and stared and said nothing. Broke my heart ! 💔

@Nans17 Not a friend you need around anyway! I shared a story of abuse with a close friend and I was made to feel that I was dumb for not saying something right away. Not everyone is always sympathetic nor understand what it

When I was sixteen, my grandmother was admitted into the hospital in a coma. Once it was realized that she wouldn't wake up, her six children (all over the age of 40) had to decide whether or not to continue life support. Instead, they told me that I get to decide due to their multitude of reasons. I made the decision to take her off of life support, and because of that, I also stood in the room when they did so. They didn't prepare us for what to expect, and it was truly awful. It was the hardest thing I've ever had to do. It changed everything about my life.

@friendlyAcai3533

Also, as a consequence from this, even though all of her children agreed with me, and some had even decided that was the best thing to do before I had ever even been brought into the conversation, I dealt with being told that it was my fault she was dead, or snide comments about how I gave up on her. I spent a long time blaming myself and thinking I was a murderer.

@friendlyAcai3533 Unbelievable... I can't imagine the inner strength needed to take such a hard decision.

For me ending my 1st marriage to my alcoholic husband who didn't want to change. The fallout omg. List my house. Business. My dogs. And nearly my sanity. Lost me my daughter's love who is holding grudges 15 years later.
