Will it ever end?
How many people who suffer with depression ask this question? Provably every single one.
I just realized I've had depression my entire life, 30 years and half of that life time has been spent in therapy and half of that time has been spent on pills and more than 3/4 of that time has been spent feeling the pain. I get to spend the rest of my life dealing with these issues, fighting them, trying to control them, trying to reduce them. For me it won't just go away one day. All I can do is push forward and pray that I die young so I don't have to suffer much longer.

I know depression is one heck of a beast, I suffer from depression too. Some days are just terrible, others I pray that God ends my pain just like you. I know there is nothing that I can say to make things better but I just want you to know this; you are loved, you are important, you are a brave person and everyday you make the choice to continue on in this life, I want you to know I am so very proud of you.

I can't even pretend to know what you're going through but please just don't let the darkness steal the beautiful person you're. Stay happy and stay safe.
@Shortcake20 the darkness took over a LONG time ago. Its getting that control back that is so hard. I didnt have much to begin with but I had a lot more than I do now.
I have a lot of the same feelings. Please savor the few good moments you do have and I think you are brave to kept on too.
@courageousNest7118 its not easy at all to go through. I do my best to remember the good times over the bad ones and when I do have a good day I celebrate it and tell everyone.

Yo Julie you asked will depression ever end.
Depression will not end until you tell it to. This is due to your mind still being fixed upon the subject that is causing you grief, the best relief for depression i used for my 3 years of severe depression was funny skits on youtube such as Brandon Rodgers, TGFBro & RackaRacka, making a silly video to make me smile and distract my mind from the origin of depression. Depression will end if you have a positive mind set and focus on the future buddy !
