Words of Encouragement
Good morning everyone.
I want you to know I've been thinking of you. I want you to know you are never alone. I want you to know you are worthy of light, love, and living.
Depression, whether circumstantial or chemical, can take its toll on our daily lives. It is so easy to slip into the realm of feeling useless or hopeless. I want to remind you to be gentle with yourself. To celebrate each day as a small victory.
Sometimes, living in your own head is the most difficult task that will ever be asked of you. However, there are some advantages to this intimate relationship with yourself. It allows, I believe, a greater ability to heal. Here is an interesting insight to get you on your way to new and improved thinking. This is so important, especially when your own voice is the harshest one.
Let me leave you today with a simple reminder, a kind inspiration, to be more loving and accepting of yourself- no matter what state you find yourself in.
"What kind of value do we place on a day with nothing planned? On a day not filled with lists of accomplishments, but with peace and quiet: a long walk to a coffee shop to enjoy a book, a phone conversation with a family member with whom we?ve lost touch. Will we tell those stories, or leave them out? There is value in both the busy days and the slow, reflective ones. There is value in finding time for oneself.
When the next person asks me what I do all day, maybe I will simply say, ?Enough.?'
All my love.

Okay, how have I not come across this jewel of a thread before?? This soft, gentle reminder can compare to the entire goodness of the world compressed into one. It's beautiful, to say the least. Will definitely be sharing this often; ahhh, thank you so so much for taking the time and heart to write this. We adore you. <3
