I think mostly the environment has lots of effects like it started with my father being so strict and me not having a phone at the start of my teenage years and only focusing on studying to lying about the grades to them finding out so they hit me as a punishment and locking me up in a room to study to think about suicide in my early teen Then when getting to college and have a cold personality to the point they would call me emotionless and cold hearted in front of guests to embarrass me and right now no matter what I do I feel nothing like I am numb and life feels emotionless without any passion or desire and only to feel the world is colorless and sometimes wishing that I want to get out of this slump like I am lazy all the time I just sleep I was never like this .

If possible, I suggest you see a psychiatrist as soon as possible. Don't think it's wrong to think that going to a psychiatrist is a waste of money that you can't use for yourself. Solve your own psychological problems first, and then you can follow up with your parents to solve the problem. Almost all people who have been freed from psychological problems are grateful for their decision to see a psychiatrist in the first place.
