You arent selfish if you say no when someone asks you for help. Its okay to not to be able to be there for everyone.

You arent selfish for setting your boundaries. Dont let people push you over your limits.

You arent selfish for not explaining yourself to others. Its your life and you are in charge of your decisions. Not everyone needs to know.
