heart is breaking feel like I'm falling
Me and my fiance of 6 years have split it's very complicated but it was his discison not mine and the bottom line is I can't accept that it's over I realy want to it would be easier and a step in moving on but I can't I love him so much it's so hard. I can't eat I can't sleep I can't watch TV I can't listen to music I'm just here existing and I don't know why. I don't want to die because I don't want to hurt my family but I can't deal with the pain of losing him and I don't want to be here without him. I have been signed off work and given ani depressants but I just don't know, I don't know anything I feel lost.
Coming out of a six year relationship can feel like getting the rug pulled out from under you, I?m sorry you going through this. Breakup suck, they just do and getting over them can be a process but, it will get better even if it doesn?t feel like it right now. Just take it slow and concentrate on taking care of yourself and will help you get through this. It hurts because your caring person, don?t lose sight of that and I know you will be fine. Don?t feel the need to rush this process, there is no real finish line.
It hurts so much but he has cheated on me so I feel so conflicted like I care more about losing him than what he did. I shouldn't want him but I do.
Depending on how much time has passed since all this that can be understandable, Infidelity can lead one to falsely reassess there value and place personal blame on yourself, be careful with that. there is no reason that this was yourfault.
Being with somebody for 6 years and then split could be really hard and I totally understand you. You see, there is no way somebody could help you BUT yourself, nobody can make you unlove him. Though it's going to be hard to move on, you should atleast try..I'm not talking about trying with actions that somebody has adviced you but mentally trying to move on. First of all, you need to know, that everything happens for a reason, which means, somebody out there is waiting for you, somebody better than him, somebody that will suit you alot more than him, secondly tell yourself that he's just another man, WHICH is true. The thing is, you're just too attached to him because it's been six years or more, though it's going to be hard on you, try to see new people, meet new men and do new things. You said you can't watch TV anymore, then don't. Instead, go take a walk or call a friend who is not that close to you and hang out with him/her. What you're going through is just a phase that will make you stronger within life, believe in yourself and you will move on. It's all about your mindset. If you think about it, he's just a man that came into your life while you were waiting for THE someone who is made for you, and it's time for him to go. I'm sure you will end up by moving on. Try to look deep inside you and think; if you REALLY are willing to move on, you will move on, if not, then nobody could make it happen.

That's the thing I don't want to move on because I want him but I Do because I don't want to feel like this anymore I'm just hanging on because I feel like there is some kind of hope
I went through something similar . I actually startedheavily drinking and startedhookin up with a random guy.I dug myself deeper and deeper and eventually overdosed. I felt like he was my world and I had lost all happiness. Its crazy how much a broken heart can blur your head. But here I am two years later and I'm perfectly fine. It took lot , I mean aa lot for me to snap out of it. I started taking care of myself and kept myselfvery busy . The pain doesn't just leave . It won't . It's learning to live on. It's learning to start over again. Life goes on hun. It doesn't stop for anyanyoneand I'm gglad I lived after overdosing . Keep yourself busy and go better yourself. Find hobbies to do. Run a marathon, taking a baking class, go on a blind date and start to live again. Built self esteem up. There's nnothingmore attraction than an independent woman.
i'm going through something similar right now. I get what you mean, it hurts so bad that moving on would be easier if we only knew how.
My wife asked did me to moveyesterday for no good reasons other than telling me she no longer wants me there. Wehave only been married for 2 months and we have a short courtship. Im devastated and dont know what to do.
That's awful crew, I have no good advice because I can't take it myself .. part if doesn't want to move in i think that's why I can't but I can't change that I don't know how I'm judt clinging on hoping he will come back and try and just not throw 6 years away that's a long time and we have been through some tough times just powered through I need him in my life I don't know what I'll do if this is it for good I can barley handle the pain now
