i cant self destruct but its so hard to get better

for a few months i was in a good place. A really good place. I managed to put up basically child safety locks for myself to make sure I dont implode again. But im here again unable to implode and start over. It takes so much that i dont have to do anything else. I miss where i was but its so hard to get better and i dont kno what to do
