well, i didn't know where to answer this. if someone from a mental home contacted me, but he wasn't allowed ( I mean he wasn't allowed to use the computer from where we talked), should I worry? should I do something special?

I think in general with situations where someone contacts you and you aren't comfortable with it, it's always good to talk to someone you can trust who can help you work through your options and discuss any fears or anxiety arising from it.
