Well I'm not completely useless and hopeless at work anymore. But I still stress about everything . The thing I realised about my work situation is that work is all I have and think about and I can't seem to find anything else to take my mind of it . I have no time for anything else weekdays and weekends I do nothing , I don't have a a car enough money to go do things I want

That includes going to therapy. My medical aid is useless and I can't find free or less expensive services on the weekend

@HiMisterKyle

Very glad you recognise that you are not useless and hopeless. However, I understand that stressing about everything can be very frustrating. Perhaps you could try some destressing exercises such as diaphragmatic breathing and mindfulness? AAlso, a quick trip to the gym or a brisk walk in a park is also very beneficial. About your concern with therapy - since you may not be able to accommodate it financially as of now, you could try and look for resources on the Internet for self-help resources, and through the use of journaling you can give yourself therapy. Sounds strange, I know, but give it a shot. Do you absolutely have no time on weekends? How is your time management going for you?
