I dont know why I am living and why to continue
I woke up this morning tired an emotional. I’ve been crying since I woke up. I don’t want to talk to anybody or have anybody near me. I’m mad at the world for my misfortune. I don’t want to act this way and push people away but I feel useless. I feel like I don’t belong here at this college, that everybody hates me and just want la to try to take advantage of me. I’m trying to fix myself but it’s not working the more I try to comfort myself the more I want to harm myself. I’ve felt this way for a long time and this feeling of emptyness, loneliness, and worthless just never went away since I can remember. I just don’t want to be here. I don’t know where I belong and it’s seeming to look like I belong nowhere
Hii, I am not sure if I am the right person to be replying to this. All I know is what you are going through is hard. You have been courageous. I may not be the best person to solve your problem but I am all ears to hear you and am here for you.
You said you felt as if you don't belong where you are. It could be because you haven't found other people who are like you and who would understand you. But give yourself a chance. I am sure there are more people who would like you and understand you. Just hold on a little longer. We are all here for you.
Mostly the problem is not with you but the environment you have lived in, so please stop blaming yourself and calling yourself worthless. You have a lot of potential. The problem is not with you. Now I have some tips from spiritual perspective that might help you, if you apply it physically then it will also help with your emotions.
(1.) Try to keep yourself active. Move around the house or room. Do not sit at one place for a long time. Try doing exercise if possible at least once, if not possible. Thats okay too.
(2.) Try to take some sunlight and fresh air in a day. The effects it has are innumerable and Hindu scriptures state that.
(3.) Try to drink more water. It does help trust me.
(4.) Try walking in a park or ground near you.
We can get over this feeling. It might return sometimes but we can conquer this. These physical things will also help you to make good decisions and solve your problems. You can do this. I trust you, you can.
