Isolated abroad

I'm currently living overseas. My friends, family, and boyfriend rarely talk to me. I have been getting more and more depressed over the past few months. I tried telling people how I felt but they either dismissed it as homesickness or didn't say anything at all. My boyfriend stopped reading all of my messages without saying why. I don't know where I'm supposed to turn if the people who I thought cared don't want to help me.
