I'm not alone and I know I am loved but I still feel so lonely and I don't know why when I think about it it makes me have a dull ache in my chest. Idk what to do

Hi, sorry you are feeling this way. But you are not alone in feeling the way you do. You have to understand the root cause of your feeling, then you can do something about it. For me, I feel lonely eventhough l am not alone because, I crave for real connections and I don't feel understood. I wish you the best🙂
