Not okay with being alone

I always thought I have people to rely on .

Just today I realized , I truly realized I am all alone and no ones cares about me .

I feel disposable worthless and replaceable

I am not okay with these feelings and don’t know how to channel it .

Any similar experiences/advices are welcomed
