my heart feels heavy right now. just woke up from a long nap after crying from some slightly loneliness. and now i just feel numb and heavy. i wish i could be someone who could hang out with friends or play a game together right now. but i cant. instead im just depressed and longing. like always.

@Hijinx02 what could be a small thing you could do that could be enjoyable for you? Like going for a walk? Getting ice cream? Petting a cat/dog?
Something you could feel the joy doing and notice this feeling in you?
