Antidepressants
I haven't taken my meds for just over a week, i keep forgetting. Will I start to feel depressed again and if so how long until that happens if I dont start taking them again?

I have a pillbox so that I don't forget to take mine 😊 Is that something you could do?
If not, perhaps set an alarm on your phone so you know when to take them?

As far as I can tell, what will happen is really difficult to predict. You might start to feel depressed again soon, or not for a long time, or not ever. Different people respond in completely different ways.
After a week some meds have cleared from your system, but some take much longer than a week to clear. This depends on which antidepressant you've been taking.
