Can I live healthily with daily suicidal thoughts

I've struggled with depression for as long as i can remember but recently I've noticed that im thinking about suicide multiple times a day. I guess the best way to describe it is fantasizing about how much less pain and anxiety I would feel If i was able to just quit the game of life, & although i'm having these thoughts so often I still cant manage to fulfil this fantasy. Somedays i feel almost nothing when thinking about it but otherdays, like today i get really sad and just cry and feel so frustrated i dont know how I can keep living like this. I hope this makes sense but i just want to know if theres any options i can take to stop this constant void of negative emotions. I'm currently taking therapy every week and I'm on anti-depressants but im still struggling more than ever with my mental health..

@Vessieper I'm not an expert, so I Googled chronic suicidal thoughts and apparently some people do live with these kinds of fantasies.

However, to have constant thoughts of suicide when you are in therapy and taking antidepressant medication makes it seem like the therapy and the medication are not working. It's something that should probably be discussed with your therapist and with the doctor who prescribed the medication.

Sometimes therapy is ineffective because the style of therapy is not right for you in some way, even if the therapist is nice to talk to and has good ideas. In this case switching to another therapist can help.

Sometimes antidepressant medication can cause suicidal thinking and increased risk of actual suicide (according to research). In this case switching to a different type of antidepressant can help.

@Vessieper same
I've been feeling like this forever
And eventhough I'm living "the normal life" now I know deep down I will always feel empty and just want to get rid of this life in general
