Feeling increasingly lifeless and nearing the end.. What am I supposed to do?

Hello! So, I’m new to this and I’m hoping someone can share their thoughts on what I’ve been going through recently, though I promise to try my best to keep it short. I’ve always been somewhat anxious, with random bouts of what I can only describe as overconfidence at times (but not lately); however, it was only until my mid-twenties when I started to try and get my life in order - I left my horrid retail job, started selling for a company across the UK, and I met someone who I eventually found a place to rent with. I soon decided sales wasn’t for me, as I couldn’t seem to do the job to the best of my ability unless I was working alongside a colleague, and I managed to get a job within a phones-based team, where I was promoted twice and now I’m just one position below management-level. When I split with my partner and said goodbye to her, our dog (which went with her), and the house we were saving to buy from our landlord, I had to move back home with a parent, which is where I still live now as the cost of renting in my area is sky-high! I’m now nearing the age of 30, I only have savings of £3,000 at the time of writing this, I don’t drive a car or motorbike having never learned, all of my friends are gone etc. The worst part is my feelings towards my team at work and my colleagues, as I cannot stand my job and every single Sunday and through Monday to Thursday, I can’t seem to get a good nights sleep and I dread waking up in the morning. I’m now incredibly anxious, and I feel so sad almost all of the time. My enjoyment for anything is now zero, my diet is atrocious and I’m literally ordering takeaways nearly every single day, and I’m just generally very miserable from morning until night. I want to quit my job, but there’s no alternative available in my area, and I don’t have a lot of money either to feel safe if I did that. I feel like everything is crumbling and I’m slowly but surely giving up on life. My doctor has prescribed me with 50mg of Sertraline and I’ve taken them for 3 days so far. Please is there anyone who can help me?

Awe I feel for you! I felt like I went from hero to zero in my 20’s as well. The 30’s were way better. Hang in there. I wish I was close by to help teach you to drive. Where I am there’s some help through the government for free training if you qualify. Maybe look into it. if there’s something like that near by. I’ve had help a couple times. I went for a computer literacy course that included life skills and job hunting and placements. They paid for those to get their drivers license and other interests, I chose a graphic art course. They offered free therapy. Anything to get you on your feet again. Right after I found a free traffic control course and got hired. So I didn’t use my new skills but it gave some confidence back. I’ve been lucky getting jobs through coworkers and friends. I also apply for jobs I’m not qualified for hoping they like my enthusiasm to learn. There’s companies who like to mold you. Look for free training and try something new. Maybe volunteer somewhere once a week and meet some new people. Let people know your looking for something new or what you would like to be doing. Don’t be afraid to move away to achieve what you want. I new town can be a great change and new start. There’s some really great people everywhere. If you were here you could go coal mining. I came here alone to work in the mine. That’s where I ended up. Not too classy but the money’s great. Sometimes you got to fake it till you make it. If you think you could manage an apartment building, live on site and do minor repairs. Apply, it’s just an example. There’s probably some other ideas online. Free courses for all kinds of interests. Some ideas to make a little more money. I hope I helped a bit. You can do this. I know it’s so hard. It gets easier x
