How do i deal with exhaustion and keep going?

There this constant feeling of exhaustion no matter what I do. Some days I sleep for 3 hours, get up, go to school and take 3 A-levels (maths, biology and chemistry) from 9 til 4 and then go home to do another 3 hours of work where I struggle to stay concentrated because all I want to do is sleep and forget about the monotonous, draining life that I seem to have. But whenever I want to sleep and am so tired that my eyes begin to burn I can't fall asleep. And everyday the cycle continues to a point where I'm isolating myself from friends and social Interactions because I don't have the energy to deal with it. I forget to eat most days because I'm focusing on trying to focus on what I need to be doing and the constant struggle is just be coming too much and I don't know what to do

Yes, I feel the same way with work. I'm getting to a point of having to rent hotel night stays because I don't have the stamina to drive home let alone to get to quitting time. I haven't found a solution, but vitamins and vegetables might be the answer. A vegetable juice like V8 can impart vitamins and minerals that are depleted in the body. Also, Vitamin B is said to be helpful. Like you, I have to find a solution or otherwise drop out of either work or home life (and what does that mean if I cease to exist at home? indecision).

Tomorrow, I will bring additional Vitamin B to work and buy a V8 at the corner store (one of the zillions of corner stores I have on my 75 minute drive to work) and keep a log.

I think sleep, diet/exercise, pain and depression can all contribute to feeling exhausted and unable to go on. Lately, I've been going to sleep at 7PM, and that's my life. I get home around 6PM, take care of my elderly relative, feed all creatures, eat some form of glop/junkfood and then pass out. I got a memory foam mattress that came in today. I'm supposed to let it decompress for 24-48 hours, but I will let it decompress while I'm trying to sleep on it tonight.

Yeah I like a year ago I had the same problem as I do now with my eating and consequently had to take vitamin supplement because I just wasn't getting enough but unlike last time I just can't sleep. I have a really comfy bed which I spend all my time in (mainly because I don't have the energy to have a social life) but I physically can't sleep. I'll want to sleep and be tired but never able to get their. So if the problem continues for the next few days maybe weeks, I think I'm going to see a doctor or something about my sleep and eating issues because nothing seems to work...i just don't have an appetite ever. However I hope you have a good sleep on your new memory foam mattress...theyre really nice

You just start where you are with what you have. Start with gratitude its life changing .... lovingly making healthy shifts in your life that you need to make to help create good feelings of health and positively it in your life.* take the pressure off cuz going at your own pace is what matters , and Do what works !!!* For me lots of water helps. Wake up and be kind to yourself. Positive self talk. Splash water on your face. Drink water and tea. Find what helps .. Vitamin b helps!!.. and Taking it literally one moment at a time helps me feel it happen. Moving the body even a little helps feel fresh energy. If all happens when you feel connected to a new healthy energy and self even if its small shifts and changes, it makes a difference. I am worth it and you are too. 🙏💪💪💪✌️✌️✌️🧡

There are many reasons for feeling tired but if it's tiredness related to having too much on your schedule, it might be time to reorganize your priorities. Our bodies let us know when it's time for change and if we continue to ignore it we become sick. Our body will make us slow down one way or another. So in my opinion, before looking for ways to stay awake longer and trying remedies to give you more energy take a long hard look at your lifestyle. See if there are changes you can make to incorporate more quality rest time and when you do have rest time, don't be doing other things like playing on a mobile phone or tablet. Actually switch everything off, become unavailable unless it's an emergency. Log off all social sites. Put eat plugs in and relax completely, allow your body the gift of quality recouperation. Try meditations if you can, the mind benefits greatly from down time too, and if you struggle to stay focused, guided meditations are ideal 😊

I have this problem a lot, and then my psychologist reminded me of a time when I did pilates regularly and I felt better, so I have started to do pilates again. Just roll out my mat and do as much as I can, and increase it as time goes by.

Ive also triiiied my best to make a habit of reading a book instead of going through social media or anything electronic before bed. It seems to be working coz after a few pages I start to get drowsy and fall asleep 😂 Meditation helps, too.

But I think sufferings from depression, who wouldnt feel exhausted all the time. Everyday is an uphill battle against our own mind, all of us are warriors.
