One thing I always overthink is....
Other's fearful emotions and then, overthinking, I think to "solve" them, which gets me into trouble. I need to learn to detach more and, because I also need to act, just say blessings for everyone involved. (easier said than done)
That I might be doing to wrong thing in my relationship.
Anything to do with my kids. I think of things they go through with peers and at home even, and I check on them constantly to make sure they understand their emotions and how to deal with them. I just want them happy and confident all the time. The crazy part is they don't struggle with things much at all.
Whats going to happen next.
The one thing I overthink is that I am not good enough. Especially with regards to work and relationships.
Whether my friends would stay...
What my future career path should be.
Will I enjoy it? Am I competent enough for it? Can I learn the necessary skills? Can I afford to pay off my student loans and go back to school to learn what's required to do it? Is it the right path for me? Will it make enough money to live comfortably and retire? Can I sustain the work?
That im a dramatic waste of space hiding behind someone who is supposedly caring, compassionate, and helpful. No one really wants to hear how i feel.
What I wear what I say how I act in front of others
