One thing I always overthink is....
Im struggling with suicidal thought and eating disorders
@Imtrying01 I cn understand. Take a moment and think about the best time you had, the time when you overcame an obstacle or helped someone else to come out of crisis. Talk to yourself and give a message to self that you want to live and you will find happiness
just anything that cross my mind...
Relationship encounters with people that mean a lot to me.
I overthink everything. I overthink my purpose in life, it's such a prominent thought that I've found I really have no purpose anymore. Is that bad? I really don't like to think to myself anymore cause it usually leads me to dark places or crying.
@kenn003 It might me a sign of growing wiser that you think about these things. I hope you find something you love to do whether is it a job or a hobby and that will give you goals and things to look forward to.

Being perfect in other's sight.
When people who do bad things go unpunished it bugs me for years. I often think of how an older family member used to follow me around and cuss me out for being thinner than her. It ruined years of my life and I hate seeing her pretending to be a good a person to other people and saying nasty things about me. When It gets to me, I exercise more as a sort of revenge against this ultra competitive insecure bully. But I still feel mad.
I overthink about the situations in future and then I start feeling scared thinking what would happen if it how I am thinking comes true.
Thinking if I
How others might view me. I have always wondered what other people think of me, how I would see myself in other people's eyes.
@Rherilith I know it's hard, it is for me too. But it's true that we shouldn't care what others think unless they are family, well that is what I believe... Hope that helps!
@RherilithI I completely understand how you feel. I still struggle with this sometimes, but for the most part, I like me. And its my feeling that is what matters most. I try to be a kind caring person. I try to treat others as I would want to be treated. If I could "step outside" myself, I really think I would want to be friends with me. There will ALWAYS be people, or a person who will focus on your flaws, or your mistakes.. or find something not suitable to their liking.. always. But chances are... People like that aren't happy with themselves so it feeds their ego to cut someone else down. Or find flaws etc. I have often wondered what people reaaaally think of me.. but the bottom line is, as long as we are pleased with who we are, inside & out.. at the end of the day, that's really all that matters.
