That I will always be a pathetic loser. I wont be able to pass my licensure exam and find a decent job because I'm stupid. That I'm a huge disappointment to my family and friends.

Am I being a burden on the other person if I share my problems. Over and over, again and again. Are they obligated to listen? Do they think I'm doing it for attention?

@geham100 breathe through your stomach not your chest :) the best thing to do is lay down and make shre to place something LIGHT but you can easily see. Let it raise up and down as you breathe. Breathe through your nose to inhale. Exhale out of your mouth make sure that its a light opening.

Long and deep breathes :)

@philosophicalCircle5965

I go back and forth on this subject. I already know I'm not going to have a good time at most events. There are very few people who interest me eventhough I do try to find someting in common. So do I just be myself and let my personality and opinions fly and don't give a shit what others think, or do I act friendly and not say anything controversial and be very boring (but safe)?

See, I don't know if I have the skill to constantly balance those two. So I will just end up being quiet and wanting to leave. frown
