One thing that triggers my depression is....
My anxiety. Having anxiety has negatively impacted my life in a lot of different ways and that can trigger my depression. Then the hopeless feelings depression brings up feed the anxiety even more. It's a vicious cycle.
Being alone too much.
Focusing on all the loss I've had in the past two years.
Thinking of how my kids needed me when they were little, I miss that...being needed.
Evil gossiping and negativity
When I think about hockey... I crave to get back on the ice, but I have to rehab my knee properly.
It's just my whole social life revolves around the game... Even the bloody girl I fell for.
People, people who don't understand others or that some people suffer from mental illnesses.
My current relationship, he has family and in front of my face he told me that he can't let go of them. I have to accept the situation that he is a married man, with wife and children. And he cannot sopport me of anything specially financially. This is so depressing.
when i'm alone or with my family (which feels the same as being alone) for long periods of time
Doctors, therapist, family
My past... people have ruined my confidence and self esteem. I feel like I'm not even a person anymore
When people say they're dissapointed in me
