One thing that triggers my depression is....
My ex boyfriend who I work with and have to see every day. He broke up with me because things got too serious and I was too stubborn to take him back. Now I am alone with my own thoughts, worries, fears. Life went from amazing to terrible in a matter of months. In therapy for almost a year now. It gets slowly better but the setbacks are hard. Just wanna shake myself out of feeling this way. I know I am strong and capable but I just don't feel it most days.
When I feel I'm loosing control of my life i.e. Financially, it's seems to have a triggering affect. I know it goes back to my childhood but it makes me feel less then, tired, overwhelmed and as if everything is wrong. The longer it last the more symptoms I get. Overthinking, drinking more, etc.... then I get back on top of my finances and I'm good until it happens again. Never ending cycle of playing catchup!
University applications.
Is not being able to sleep insomnia is what it's called and I guess the racing thoughts that I get kind of thinking of like the problems of money where kids family house that all of my head at once just kind of gives me anxiety and stresses me out yeah but just in especially at night and I don't sleep and then I have to take care of a 9 month old as well so I guess it's all just a lot for me to handle being a mom of five children long story nobody wants to hear it I'm sure

It is a hard thing to be specific with. Usually depends on different circumstances. The most common thing I guess, is just my negative self talk.
