i liked a girl who had a boyfreind and she basically minipulated me and constantly made me feel shit. she made me ditch all my freinds. i self harmed attempted suicide and was depreesed because of it (still am now) and i told hwr all of this abd she started to say to others that she was doind that stuff too but i knew full well that she wasnt.(this was 2 yrs ago) at that time i was ready to get help and startred to open up to my remaining freinds however i then got scared they wouldent beleive me because of the attention seeking that the girl was doing. it makes me so so so angry that shes attention seeking when im dealing with real problems every single day. o feel like shes taking the mick out of depression and self harm. 1 yr later and shes still doing it and my pfoblems have intensifyed and im terifyed to get help. please send advice 😣
Im so sick... I wish this diease would kill me already and leave me in peace... so tired of pills, doctors, bloods, hospitals, medical insurance and freaking chronic pain... I wish weed was legal, apprently it could cure me... but here I am suffering, cause some money greedy pharmaceutical company wont let it be legalised cause they cant patent it.... I hope u pharmaceuticals can sleep at night, knowing you are making money of sick people... also fuck insurance companies, they want your money but they never pay out... its a sick world where people take advantage of the weak and helpless...
My weight, husband, being a college graduate and not finding a job.
When I see people in happy relationships - this is a big reminder of my loneliness and how I've been single all my life. It makes me think there's something wrong with me. Also when others are able to socialize with each other so easily while I can barely talk to anyone. Being excluded is a big trigger too, it makes me feel so unloveable and unwanted. Most of my depression comes from feeling like nobody wants me around and my loneliness
@compassionateGrapefruit9565 The biggest trigger for me is around exam times and just overthinking in genereal - I tend to get myself into existential crises I can't get myself out of :/
@compassionateGrapefruit9565 <3 <3 Hugs. I relate to this so much. My triggers are almost exactly the same. Hang in there.
@compassionateGrapefruit9565 Sending lots of love your way! Stay patient, the right people will come to you <3

It's the month of March and the fear of abandonment for me.
Now being 50 something with no friends, family or husband, I am concerned that I have a miserable and even more lonely future ahead, than what I have now.
Looking in the mirror is really depressing, especially as menopause stole my hair and half of my eyebrows, plus being obese.
Myself. The way I feel disappointment within myself. How I can't have a normal conversation because I feel like I don't even deserve one's time. I step on the shadow of myself on the ground, re-creating the days when I let people walk all over me. I look at someone who smiles a lot and wonder what's wrong with me. My biggest trigger though, is the way the world is.
Seeing other people with what seems like perfect lives definitely, as well as not having any friends of my own to hang out with or even anybody just to talk to about what I'm feeling. People just don't care & it hurts.
Family, food, girlfriend, going out, friends.
Family because... I think I'm not good for them.
Food... Well, I can't stand it.
Girlfriend, too much problema and that.
Going out... Too many beautiful people... I can't stand them...
Friends... They're not supportive even if I am...
