My depression is triggered by my mums controlling behaviour.

Making mistakes and getting bad grades. I demand nothing less than perfection from myself and I'm trying to change that work-ethic. :\

When my family treats me like I'm a failure and I feel pressure to be perfect all the time. Also when I get really anxious about something it leads to depression :(

The winter. The gloomy, grim dark skies. Also, when I overthink why we as humans are doing what we are doing.

I honestly don't know what triggers my depression. If I knew I would avoid it😂 I just wake up feeling so depressed and can't figure out why.

@Teacuptia I feel the exact same way! It seems to hit me out of no where?

When things go wrong, be it an argument with my parents (making me feel guilty and like a bad daughter) or bad day/week, studies going bad, feeling like I'm not doing anything right. Or a combination of all

Also certain times of year. Mostly Christmas and my birthday. I'm trying to change those, but it's hard
