Hiya Everyone,

Depression is a constant thing but when would you say it becomes the toughest for you?

I'd say from around 6pm onwards my depression ups by around 20%.

What about you?

I would definitely have to agree with you on this one! I would say that after 7 PM, my depression tends to peak a good 20-30%...it's definitely tougher for me at night, especially because of flashbacks!

@blossombreathe

My depression tends to peak in winter. I live where there isn't much sun in winter and the cold temperatures make it difficult to spend time outside.

@Ady23

Ah okie! So you find that the weather can greatly impact your depression, that's interesting. I would also say that my depression increases in the new year because of the amount of pressure put on people to keep up with their new year's resolutions! Thank you so much for sharing; stay strong! *hugs* laughheart

I'd say 9 PM to around 10 AM. It often gets bad at night, and mornings at school are hard for me. I usually start to perk up approaching midday, which is good. :)

Mines normally first thing in the morning that it's worse. Takes a lot of motivation to get up and going if I have to wake up before 10

Nights are much worse for me, though if there is a trigger it can be any time. I do also have SAD so that is a problem. This time of year is awful.
