how can i tell my parents that i have depression ? bit my parents aren’t really good at talking about this at all and i just don’t know how to start an conversation about it

@bernicewillow33 This seems to be a very difficult situation for you, if your parents are not good at talking about this kind of subject.
I wonder, is it possible you can tell some other person, and then the other person tells your parents? Or is it possible you can write about your depression, and then invite your parents to read it?
