Hey, Depression Support Community!

Michaela here, and I'd like to share an amazing Buzzfeed article that I found today. It is called 14 Amazing Apps For Anyone Living with Anxiety. Although the title says anxiety, there are some apps in there that help with depression and recovery with those things. Even so, a lot of the apps overlap in purpose, and I find that you can use them as you see fit!

One example of an app they are previewing is the app called Optimism. This app can allow you to track your moods daily as view them in a chart. This could show trends on certain times or circumstances you start feeling down. It also gives you some feel-good tools as well!

Feel free to take a look at this article and see how it helps you!

I also have an idea. I am a very tech-forward person, so weekly, I may want to download some apps that can help with depression. I can rate them and tell you how they help you! If you think you'd find this idea beneficial, please let me know down below! laugh
