Online therapy: where do you do your sessions?
I'm considering doing online therapy for insurance reasons. It seems to be the best option for me right now, but I have no idea where I would have my sessions. I live in a small house with thin walls and share my room with my partner. We are home at around the same times.
The only place I can think of is my car, but I feel like the connection and audio would be terrible.
Does anyone have any advice?
@Beansidhe0 Some online therapy is just text-chat based, do you know if you need audio with what you are looking into?
If you just need some screen privacy could you just ask your partner for the room during certain time frames?
If not, are you a student? Sometimes campuses allow for small room bookings for free. Some libraries may offer the same.

I have had online sessions in my car, and it was ok! As long as your wifi connection is good, it should work fine :)
