Am i just selfish and not really struggling?

I’m not sure how to, like, talk about mental health stuff, so i’m gonna sound weird probably, but do you ever feel like you can breathe and exist and be human, but at the same time feel like you’re lying about drowning inside because I have it ‘good’?

I feel like because I have a kind family and some close friends, that me being depressed or lonely is just selfishness, because other people are struggling and my suffering isn’t real or good enough, and that it has to be worse before i can reach out. I wanna live, I have dreams, but my mind keeps telling me that if I deserve help, I should be in a much worse situation. I have Anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, ARFID, and an eating disorder (all verified by a professional) and life sucks, but I just feel like a fake who’s taking away from people who are ‘actually’ (not sure what that means) struggling.

And I hate myself for hating myself and the loop just never ends, and I can’t clean anything and I go into sensory overload all the time and i can’t do anything about it, yet it feels like it’s never enough for my inner demons

@JustALonelyArtist I hear you 💗 you know it doesn't matter who's had it easy and who's had it hard, doesn't matter who's rich and who's poor, doesn't matter where you came from, we still all struggle and have emotions just like everyone else 💖 so try not to be to hard on yourself you have the right to get support, everyone does💖 the things your diagnosed with are illnesses and need to be supported and looked after💖 gives you a giant tiny hug 💗 I hope you always feel like you can reach out here 💖

I felt like this for a very ling time and maybe i still do but just like physical illness mental illnesses don't discriminate based on age or wealth or the things we have you deserve the help certainly it was created for a reason for people who are struggling and even though some people have it worst people dying from starvation in war zones but you can feel empathy towards them and yourself at the same time because how can we be kind to others if we aren't kind to ourselves i wish you recovery 🤍🤍🤍🫂sending virtual hugs

@JustALonelyArtistThank you for sharing this so honestly. Your feelings are real and valid—having support doesn’t make your struggles any less important. You deserve help just as much as anyone else. You're not alone, and it’s okay to ask for support. You’re doing your best, and that’s enough.
