Is it possible to get withdrawal/discontinuation symptoms just from missing one day? I feel awful 😓

@CalmCoral Yes, according to the Royal College of Psychiatrists leaflet, Stopping antidepressants:
"Withdrawal symptoms normally start soon after your medication is reduced or stopped. This may be one or two days for some antidepressants – or even after missing a single dose"

It can always be a wilder ride. Usually doctors will have you carefully taper down under their instructions. @CalmCoral
