the social worker of my school told my parents that i wanted to commit suicide.
now my parents dont know i know she told them and they are having this new strict rules and acting weird i feel like im crazy and now i want to do it more than ever

Did you tell the social worker this? I am pretty sure if you did and you did not contract for safety then you would not be home with strict rules and if you are truly having thoughts of harming yourself please reach out for help.
