My step dad wont stop throwing my biological father in my face when ever I mess up and saying "YOUR BIO DAD DIDNT WANT YOU I DID!!!!"Im so tired I don't know what to do, He keeps saying I'm like his daughter but I don't feel that love I was little when I called him dad and that's because I was told he was my bio dad I didn't know he wasn't till I was 8 then it made since why I never felt that fatherly daughterly connection. He spends all this money on me and I still don't feel it and its because whenever I relapse they don't just sit down and talk to me they yell and scream at me which leads to the fear that If I ever do it deep enough I wont go to them out of fear of being screamed at, Im so so tired and Idk what to do Im to young for this pain but unfortnely I have to got through and so do others and it sucks.

@exomaezekjessie it does suck, bless you. I've never had any family so I don't really know what it's like. What I do know is you shouldn't be scared to open up to your parents, and that's their fault not yours. Maybe they just don't realise the damage or hurt their causing you. Either way it is very sad. But hey! Thank God you found this site, a place were you can be yourself without fear ❤❤ gives you a giant tiny hug ❤ please know we are always here for you ❤

@exomaezekjessie I'm so sorry you're going through this. It's really cruel that he keeps throwing this in your face like that. It's possibly a thought you're already having about your bio dad. I wonder what your step dad would say if the next time he said that you told him you don't feel like he does?

I'm so sorry for all the pain you are experiencing. It definitely sounds like your step dad isn't the best person to go to for support when you are struggling. I'm wondering how all of this makes you feel and what other support you have?

@Kristynsmama It makes me feel suffocated being forced to show someone respect who doesn't respect me. The only other people i have is my 2 friends and my boyfriend..
